Mainland Summer Training Camp
港外暑期訓練營

Every summer, the Hong Kong Speed Skating Academy hosts a summer training camp in mainland China. The camp is designed as an high intensity, multi-week, immersive training experience where skaters can aim to elevate their speed, endurance and technique. This summer training camp is open to both local and international skaters who have at some experience in short track speed skating (able to skate two laps without assistance). Skaters are be divided into groups based on age and experience.

每年暑假，香港速滑學院會在中國內地舉辦港外暑期訓練營。此訓練營在幾週期間包含高強度訓練計畫、為運動員提高絕對速度、耐力及技術能力。暑期訓練營開放給所有有短道速滑經驗的國際及本地運動員（能夠在無協助下完成兩圈滑行)。根據運動員年齡和經驗分為不同訓練組別。
