2025 Easter Training Camp - Busan
2025 復活節海外訓練營 - 韓國釜山
The goal of the camp is to allow developing skaters to experience different modes of
training from other countries and teams. South Korea has dominated the world stage
in Short Track Speed Skating, students can practice their on-ice technique, improve
their physical strength and push their speed to new limits.
訓練營目的主要是讓發展中的運動員體驗不同國家及地方隊的專業訓練模式。韓國在短道速滑
裡算是強國之一,學生們可以多練習他們冰上技術動作、鍛鍊體能及提升滑行速度。
Mainland Summer Training Camp
港外暑期訓練營
Every summer, the Hong Kong Speed Skating Academy hosts a summer training camp in mainland China. The camp is designed as an high intensity, multi-week, immersive training experience where skaters can aim to elevate their speed, endurance and technique. This summer training camp is open to both local and international skaters who have at some experience in short track speed skating (able to skate two laps without assistance). Skaters are be divided into groups based on age and experience.
每年暑假，香港速滑學院會在中國內地舉辦港外暑期訓練營。此訓練營在幾週期間包含高強度訓練計畫、為運動員提高絕對速度、耐力及技術能力。暑期訓練營開放給所有有短道速滑經驗的國際及本地運動員（能夠在無協助下完成兩圈滑行)。根據運動員年齡和經驗分為不同訓練組別。
