Students may choose to attend whichever class from Learn to Speed Skate @ Mega Ice without a prior reservation. Once you have purchased a class package, simply show up to any of the available classes. Please refer to the google calendar for the final, updated class times. Please add the Hong Kong Speed Skating Academy google calendar to your personal calendar for reference.

Learn to Speed Skate @ MegaIce welcomes skaters of all ages, from age 3 to age 60+. Parents/guardians are welcome to enjoy the class and partake in training alongside with their kids. 

短道速滑初級培訓班 @ Mega Ice 歡迎所有年齡段的學員，由三歲至六十歲以上。允許家長/監督人一起與自己孩子參與培訓。

Learn to Speed Skate is for those interested in further developing their interests in Short Track Speed Skating while improving speed and technique. Participants need to purchase their own speed skating equipment. Learn to Speed Skate sessions many times also include dryland sessions, which are equally important in building strength, agility and coordination.

短道速滑初級培訓班可以讓學員進一步發展自己在短道速滑項目裡的興趣，加強冰上滑行速度與技術動作。學員必須提前購買自己的短道速滑裝備。培訓班平時會包含陸地訓練。陸地訓練會針對發展學員的力量、靈活性、肌肉協調。

For Learn to Speed Skate classes, it is required that all skaters have basic skating ability. That means, skaters should be comfortable skating forward with no assistance on regular skates. If a skater has no skating experience and would like to participate in a Learn to Speed Skate class, they are recommended to take fundamental classes at MegaIce first.

本學院要求短道速滑初級培訓班的學員有基本的滑冰能力。學員穿任何冰刀，在無協助下，必須有能力舒適地向前滑行。如果有興趣的參加者沒有任何滑冰經驗，建議參加者在報上Mega Ice溜冰學校的基本滑冰課程。

For Learn to Speed Skate classes, skaters are required to purchase their own skating equipment. This is a necessary step for skaters looking to advance their skills. If a skater attends a class without the necessary equipment, the skater may rent figure skates from the ice rink temporarily OR rent speed skates from the Academy with advanced notice. （30HKD for skates, helmet and gloves)

初級培訓班的學員必須購買自己的器材及裝備。上課時，如果學員沒有自己的裝備，學員可以從溜冰場租用花樣滑冰的冰刀鞋或提前向學院租用短道速滑冰刀鞋。（30HKD：冰鞋、頭盔及防切割手套）
