For skaters of all ages and skating experience, who would like to try on speed skates, learn correct technique and experience the thrill of speed skating on the ice! Participants may borrow speed skating equipment from the Academy.

For those interested in further developing their interests in Short Track Speed Skating while improving speed and technique. Participants need to purchase their own speed skating equipment or rent equipment from the Academy.
進一步發展短道速滑項目的興趣，改善冰上滑行速度與技術動作。學員必須提前購買自己的短道速滑裝備或租用學院的冰刀鞋。
